Who would have thought that a wire hanging plant basket and some mardi gras beads could be transformed into the chandelier above?!
I must say, this shabby chic chandy over at Dollar Store Crafts is the most original DIY project I've seen in a long time. What an awesome idea to add some glam to an outdoor patio area, and the directions really are very simple/fun.
